Please ensure you're available to collect your packages between Saturday, August 22 and Saturday, August 29, 2026. We will confirm your specific collection dates via email closer to the carnival.
Please be aware that costume orders cannot be posted or delivered.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Payment for all packages must be completed by July 31, 2026.
You must be 21 years or older to purchase, and valid ID will be required at the time of collection.

All costumes are tailored to the sizes provided by the purchaser. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or alterations.
If circumstances prevent you from using your costume, we're here to help by offering to potentially sell it on your behalf to other customers in our database.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the Notting Hill Carnival, our no-refund policy remains in effect. Any payments made will be transferred to the rescheduled date or to the following year's carnival, whichever comes first.
